What to Expect

1. Check-In: We are committed to keeping your child safe and secure while they are in FirstKidz, so every child is required to check into a computer and wear a security nametag. On your first visit, please see a volunteer at the Check-In station located at the information counter who will help you check-in for the first time.

2. Group Time: During FirstKidz, your child will have the opportunity to worship together, play games and creatively learn the Bible lesson for the day.

3. Pick Up: When FirstKids is over, parents must show their security tag before we release your child. This ensures that only adults who are authorized to pick up children are in the secure area. A FirstKidz volunteer will match the code on the parent security tag with your child’s nametag. If either of you lose your tag, please see a FirstKidz volunteer in the lobby.

FirstKidz MidWeek

3:00pm - 6:00pm

FirstKidz Midweek is weekly ministry event for elementary-aged children of Waterloo. This afternoon program held on Wednesday evenings from 3 to 6:00 p.m., teaches children Bible lessons, scripture memory, music, mission studies, homework club; recreation times; and a dinner meal.

FirstKidz Weekend

9:00 - 11:30am

This interactive learning experience is crafted especially for Kids. The kids will enjoy activities, and singing songs about our great God, and learning a Bible story that is taught in both hours. While this is designed as a two hour program your child can attend one or both hours each weekend. We are really excited about what God is doing in First Kidz weekend and we hope that your kids will come and join us this weekend!

Extended Teaching Care

Provides an age-appropriate, alternative Sunday WORSHIP experience for pre-school children, ages 3 thru 5, with Bible stories, singing and a snack.

Vacation Bible School
